Pulaski County Sewer District

The Pulaski County Sewer District District board will meet at noon today, Tuesday Oct. 20, in the Pulaski County Sewer District office. Agenda items include comments from board chairman Gary Porter; financial matters; visitor comments; ordinances approving an intergovernmental agreement with the Pulaski County, MO Commission/Road & Bridge for road grading and approving a property and casualty insurance policy; new/old business of review of the operations manager job description; a report from District Engineer Terris Cates on the Weeks Hollow Wastewater Treatment Facility, NY-1 modifications, Buckhorn East sanitary sewer improvements, and subdivision reviews; recurring reports from Operations Manager Zach Shepherd with a status report on construction of asphalt and garage roofing on the sewer district offices, collection with Royal Leaf lift station updates, and sewer plants, along with miscellaneous reports, updates and discussion of Laclede Electric Cooperative reports, work order reviews and other operations; a report from Finance Director Nola Wood with a treasurer's report and miscellaneous reports, updates and discussion; and a closed session for legal, personnel, and security systems matters.

St. Robert City Council

The City of Saint Robert, Missouri City Council will meet at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, in the St Robert Municipal CenterAgenda items include old/new business of ordinances approving a Zeigenbein Sanitation contract for residential waste removal, a construction agreement with Timber Ridge Builders for Brush Creek Phase 3, a contract with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for third-party engineering services, and authorizing the city's utility clerk to release unclaimed utility meter deposits to the office of Missouri State Treasurer Clint Zweifel, and a resolution for a Fire Station 2 paint contract; consideration of proposed ordinances; comments by aldermen; setting committee meetings for the Wage, Finance and Employment Committee on Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. and for the Park Committee on Nov. 9 at 5 p.m.; comments from City Clerk Chris M. Pigg, Finance Officer Edna Givins, Police Chief Curtis Curenton, Interim Fire Chief Mike Shempert, Public Works Director Steve Long, IT Manager Don Coplin, Transfer Station Manager Jay Whittaker, Building and Land Use Administrator Roderick Mosley, Interim City Attorney Tyce Smith, and Interim City Administrator Anita Ivey; comments by the mayor; setting the next council meeting for Nov. 3; and a closed session for legal, real estate and personnel matters. 

Richland City Council

The City of Richland Missouri City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, in Richland City Hall. Agenda items include old business of natural gas conveyance; financial matters; Richland Police Department business with a police activity report and a possible police K9; aldermen business of job descriptions/employees; city administrator business of city employee health insurance, a do out list, electrical upgrade financing, Ross Peterson, the appraiser for the Earth-To-Go building, update ordinance to include the utility board superintendent and park board president, Utility Supervisor Steve Alexander regarding a part-time/full time employee; electrical workshop update, power factor penalties and a sewer main camera update; and a closed session for legal, real estate, personnel, and contract negotiation matters.

Pulaski County Tourism Board

The Pulaski County USA, Tourism Bureau & Visitors Center Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, in the basement of the visitors center. Agenda items include financial matters; a guest tax report; a directors report on marketing, meetings attended, and a reminder of the next meeting set for Jan. 28; old business of the main gate visitors center at U.S. Army Fort Leonard Wood; new business of expiring board positions with a nominee announcement, 2015 year in review and 2016 marketing and budget; and area representative reports.
