Crocker teen hurt in Monday wreck

CROCKER, Mo. (Oct. 13, 2015) — A Crocker teenager totaled her car but suffered only minor injuries in a one-vehicle wreck Monday evening south of Crocker at the junction of Highway DD and Buttercup Road.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, Lorraina L. Zevallos, 16, had been driving a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant westbound when she ran off the right side of the road at 5:50 p.m. and struck a ditch. Zevallos, who had been wearing her seatbelt, was transported to General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital with minor injuries. Her vehicle was removed by Gene's Towing.

Crocker Fire Protection District personnel assisted at the crash scene.
