Prosecutors report for Oct. 26, 2015

PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. (Oct. 26, 2015) — Pulaski County Prosecutor Kevin Hillman announced during the weekend that 31 people were charged with crimes during the past week by the Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office, as follows:

• Steven Weymouth, 31, of Laquey, was charged with two Class A misdemeanors of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and possession of a controlled substance based on a Missouri State Highway report of a Sept. 7 incident.
• Brenden Pollard, 18, of St. Robert, was charged with a Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute based on a Waynesville Police Department report of a Sept. 24 incident.
• Brandon Dillard, 25, of St. Robert, was charged with a misdemeanor of driving while his license was suspended based on a Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department report of an Aug. 23 incident.
• Jesse Mitchell, 25, of Laquey, was charged with a misdemeanor of driving while his license was suspended and a Class B misdemeanor of failure to register a motor vehicle based on a sheriff’s report of a Sept. 19 incident.
• Joyce Folkert, 43, of Richland, was charged with three counts of a Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance based on a state patrol report of a Sept. 23 incident.
• Derek Parker, 31, of Dixon, was charged with Class C felony of receiving stolen property based on a sheriff’s report of a Sept. 10 incident and a Class A misdemeanor of passing bad checks to Country Mart on June 6.
• Meghan Carson, 21, of Dixon, was charged with a Class C felony of stealing based on a Dixon Police Department report of a Sept. 23 incident.
• Lucas Slawson, 20, of Dixon, was charged with a Class D felony of failure to register as a sexual offender based on a sheriff’s report of a July 7 incident.
• William Loveall, 36, of Crocker, was charged with a Class B felony of delivering or concealing prohibited articles on premises based on a sheriff’s report of a Sept. 23 incident.
• Owen Broadway, 36, of Crocker, was charged with a Class C felony of passing bad checks to Pratt’s Lawn and Garden on Sept. 17, four Class C felony counts of passing bad checks to L&S Retailers, LLC, dba Swedeborg Gas, from Sept. 18 to 20, and six Class C felony counts of passing bad checks to L&S Retailers from Sept. 23 to 27.
• Jeffry Stephens II, 33, of Richland, was charged with a Class A misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance based on a St. Robert Police Department report of a June 12 incident.
• Michael Bagby, 32, of Laquey, was charged with two Class C felonies of first-degree tampering and of stealing based on a sheriff’s report of a July 11 incident.
• Roque Espinoza, 28, of St. Robert, was charged with a Class B misdemeanor of first-degree sexual misconduct based on a St. Robert police report of an Oct. 4 incident.
• Anthony Beal, 26, of Dixon, was charged with a Class D felony of unlawful use of a weapon and a Class C felony of first-degree tampering based on a sheriff’s report of a Sept. 26 incident.
• Dawn Denton, 35, of Devil’s Elbow, was charged with two Class A misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated, and second-degree child welfare endangerment based on a sheriff’s department report of a Sept. 20 incident.
• Paul Gunby, 21, of Edgar Springs, was charged with a Class A misdemeanor of stealing based on a Richland Police Department report of a Sept. 3 incident.
• Joey Atterberry, 40, of Dixon, was charged with a Class A misdemeanor of third-degree assault on a law enforcement officer based on a Dixon police report of a Sept. 24 incident.
• Ruthann Lewis, 38, of Richland, was charged with a Class B misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated based on a Richland police report of a Sept. 10 incident.
• Justin Walker, 20, of Crocker, was charged with a misdemeanor of driving while his license was revoked or suspended based on sheriff’s report of a Sept. 16 incident.
• Joshua Dodson, 32, of St. Robert, was charged with a Class D felony of driving while his license was suspended or revoked based on a Richland police report of a Sept. 21 incident.
• Reginald Hall, 41, of St. Robert, was charged with a misdemeanor of driving while his license was revoked or suspended based on a St. Robert police report of an Aug. 24 incident.
• Jesse Donaldson, 42, of Dixon, was charged with a Class D felony of resisting a lawful stop based on a Dixon police report of a Sept. 15 incident.
• Patty Orsborn, 44, of St. Robert, was charged with a Class D felony of hindering prosecution based on a sheriff’s report of a Sept. 23 incident.
• Lisa Skinner, 25, of Waynesville, was charged with a Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance based on a Waynesville police report of a July 12 incident.
• Jasmine Haggard, 26, of Waynesville, was charged with a Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance based on a Waynesville police report of a July 12 incident.
• Benjamin Wieprecht, 31, of St. Robert, was charged with two Class C felony counts of possession of a controlled substance based on a Waynesville police report of a July 12 incident.
• Daniel Butler, 49, of St. Robert, was charged with a Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance based on a Waynesville police report of a July 12 incident.
• Maria Jimenez, 46, of Waynesville, was charged with a Class B misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated based on a state patrol report of an April 25 incident.
• Audra Lawler, 41, of Jerome, was charged with three Class C felony counts of passing bad checks to Country Mart from Aug. 3 to 6.
• Amber Santos, 19, of Dixon, was charged with two Class C felony counts of passing bad checks to Mid America Bank on July 8 and two of passing bad checks to Country Mart on July 10 and 12.
• Sandra Helton, 37, of Dixon, was charged with a Class A misdemeanor of passing bad checks to Country Mart on June 13.
