Pulaski Circuit Court Report 10/14/2015



Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Matthew T. Pettijohn, 32, of Richland, was arraigned on Oct. 14 before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long on a Class C felony charge of receiving stolen property accusing him of disposing of copper wire and pipe on Oct. 8 with the purpose of depriving the owner of his property, having previously pleaded guilty to Class C felony stealing on Nov. 2, 2004, in Camden County Circuit Court for a May 15 incident. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Oct. 26, ordered him to personally appear, and set his bond at $25,000.

Andy Martin Smith, 29, of Crocker, was arraigned on Oct. 14 before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long on two Class C felony charges of stealing accusing him of taking a Chase Freedom Visa credit card from a man on Feb. 21 and appropriating credit advances worth at least $500. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Oct. 26, ordered him to personally appear, and set his bond at $25,000.
