Pulaski Circuit Court Report 10/26/2015

Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases:

Antoine Haggard, 36, of St. Robert, was arraigned on Oct. 26 before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long on a Class A felony charge of first-degree robbery and an unclassified felony of armed criminal action accusing him of stealing chicken from Chesters Chicken on Oct 21 while displaying what appeared to be a deadly weapon. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Nov. 10 and set his bond at $500,000.

Donald J. Pankey, 36, of St. James, waived an Oct. 21 preliminary hearing before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long on a Class C felony charge accusing him of possession of heroin on Aug. 4, 2014. Judge Long transferred the case to circuit court.
