Waynesville man's car totaled in Friday morning rollover

WAYNESVILLE, Mo. (March 1, 2019) — An early morning rollover wreck across the Phelps County line totaled a Waynesville man’s car and sent him to Phelps Health in Rolla with moderate injuries, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Troopers reported that Jeramy M. Combs, 22, had been driving a 2016 Ford Fiesta eastbound on I-44 near mile marker 172 when he overcorrected, ran off the right side of the roadway, struck the guardrail, and overturned.

Combs, who had been wearing his seatbelt, was transported by Phelps County Ambulance. His vehicle was removed by Dishman’s Towing.
